20-Year-Old Bo Learning Long Cycle Kettlebell Clean And Jerk

Bo is having fun feeling the pain of the kettlebell. Kettlebell training is very healthy for young people trying to strengthen their tendons, ligaments and muscles.

In the video Bo is on his last reps of his last set and he is feeling it. He did 12 sets in all with a 2 minute break in between.
