65-Year-Old Does Band Thrusters

MaryMary Ellen was killing it today doing banded thrusters for the first time.

She started personal training to improve her strength at the age of 65. Most people use age as an excuse to not change or the old doctor statement that you are your genes.

I love seeing anyone fight that statement with action. Mary Ellen is an action taker and will get healthier and stronger each day.

She will feel 20 years younger in six months, and wonder why she didn’t start earlier.
