Speed Sumo Deadlift Exercise

Speed Sumo Deadlifts are great for building strength, explosive power,  by helping your nervous system overcome the fear of the lift. To many athletes get stuck in the bottom position because they psych themselves out by overthinking the initial pull.

Speed lifts use the reflex impulse of the mind to overcome this.

Caution: This exercise should only be done by very experienced (lifting) athletes. If you are new to deadlifts or have back problems,  don’t even think about doing it. You will break your back and will  be in the hospital sucking your thumb.
