New to weight lifting? What kind of gains can a natural lifter expect?

5 months ago, Mike wanted to change his life. After getting his Masters in Mechanical Engineering, he was ready to work on his health and not just the brain. He has never lifted weights and has never exercised. His arms measured 11 inches at age 36. He could not do 5 body weight squats, or do a proper lunge (which seemed impossible). Yet, he showed up everyday, never complained, and put in the sweat and tears needed for change. His PR’s today include 225lbs Deadlift and 155lbs Squat.

His chest has doubled in size. His cardiovascular system has improved immensely. Just think, he could barley swing a 45 pound chain for a few reps, or bear crawl for any meaningful distance. Watch the videos below to see what hard work can do for someone who wants to change their life for the better.
