How Much Do You Want To Transform Your Life?

Mike is a great example of someone who wants to change his life for the better and pushes himself past his comfort zone.  In just a few short months, the changes to his health are evident. Deep deficit pushups would be unthinkable, as would kettlebell deadlifts with over 140lbs from the seated position (which is much more difficult).

Just goes to show that a little encouragement, is all any of us need to be our best. I can’t wait to see what Mike will look like 6 months from now. I am thinking “Beast”!
