Heavy Bear Crawls Using 70 lbs Kettlebells

My philosophy on health training is to always challenge yourself to the degree in which you are capable of handling without injury. A good personal trainer knows just how great to push – without over-training the client. In order to know what your clients might be able to handle we must first do it our self first.

So today I tried bear crawls with heavy kettlebells. The trick to bear crawling with kettlebells is to go slow, and to be careful not to overextend your hand and twist it by over-rotation of the bell.

Slow! Slow! Slow!

The video below gives you an idea on what to expect if you want to crawl with two 70 lbs kettlebells (70lbs in each hand).
