Golfing Exercise (Slow Whip) Helps You Crush The Ball

Golfing exercise (slow whip) helps golfers crush the golf ball.  It’s true exercise name is the Oblique Dumbbell Raise. At least that’s what I named it when I videoed the exercise in 2012 on YouTube.  This dumbbell exercise improves muscular balance on golf athletes in two important areas:

  1. Lateral shoulder extension with force
  2. Oblique rotation of core with intrinsic whip

Those 2 things are basically saying…”the ball will fly because the muscles needed to drive the ball “out of site” will be reached with this exercise.”  Yes slight exaggeration. You will need your golf pro for that. But at least your golf pro trainer will have an awesome foundation to work with because of the personal exercise trainer you worked with first.

I made a new video below, of the exercise with a better camera and camera angle with description.

Just remember to use light weight in the beginning, with high repetitions for solid neurological pathways. It’s the same pathways your golf pro wants you to use, to build the swing and the putt.

10,000 reps before the exercise is ingrained so get started.
