Crushing Legs With High Volume Sets

Bo and Mikes legs were crying today after a very intense training session. After weakening their low backs with heavy kettlebell swings, it was time to crush the legs with high volume box squats.

High volume with light weight can do wonders for spurring on muscle growth and establishing muscle endurance. With it comes the benefit of some hypertrophy, but that’s the cake.

The video below demonstrates the fatigue they are feeling at the end of their workout.
