2 Strong Core Exercises

Here is 2 of my favorite strong core exercises that build massive strength in your core muscles while standing vertical. We demonstrate the 45lbs Olympic plate – reverse lunge and the swing-heavy chain exercises. Your abs will be really sore after doing 3 sets of each, so be warned!
